What you agree to when you use WetinSell, written so you can actually read it.
Who you are dealing with
WetinSell is built and run by WetinSell Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC number 9553795. Our registered office is 16 Farouk Abdulazeez Street, Isolo, Lagos State. You can reach us at support@wetinsell.com.
These terms are the agreement between you and WetinSell Ltd. By using WetinSell, you accept them.
What WetinSell does
WetinSell records the stock, sales and cash of a fabric business. Every sale it records carries the name of the person who recorded it and the time they did, and a recorded sale cannot be quietly changed — a correction has to be asked for and approved by the owner.
WetinSell is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accountant, and it does not handle your customers' money.
Your account
- You sign in with your phone number. Keep that phone and that number under your control, because whoever holds it can reach your records.
- The business account belongs to the owner who created it. Staff accounts belong to that business, not to the staff member.
- You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they record.
- Tell us at once if you think someone has reached your account who should not have.
Your records are yours
What you record in WetinSell belongs to your business. We do not sell it and we do not use it to advertise to you or anyone else. How we store and handle it is set out in our privacy policy.
What you may not do
- Use WetinSell to break the law, or to record a business that is against the law.
- Try to reach another business's records, or break, overload or work around how the app is built.
- Put someone else's personal information into WetinSell when you have no good reason to hold it.
- Resell WetinSell or present it as your own product.
Plans and paying
Recording on your own, in one shop, is free. Staff and more than one shop are part of the Business plan, and a warehouse is part of the Importer plan. The current prices are on the pricing section of our home page, in naira.
- Subscriptions continue until you cancel them.
- Inviting your first staff member starts a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.
- If you subscribe before WetinSell opens to everyone, the price you pay stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. If it goes 30 days unpaid, that early price ends and the normal price applies.
- We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell you before the change reaches you, and an active early-access price is protected as described above.
- Payments are not refunded. You may cancel at any time and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy.
When the app is not available
WetinSell records on your phone even when the network is down, and sends those records once the network returns. Even so, we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, and we may take it down for maintenance. Keep this in mind for anything you depend on.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using WetinSell whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your business's records (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that is being used to harm someone. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep WetinSell working and your records safe. What we cannot accept is responsibility for business decisions you take from what you see in the app, for money lost through someone you gave access to, or for a loss we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here removes a responsibility that Nigerian law says we cannot remove.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as the product grows. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app when a change is important.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes belong to the courts of Lagos State.
