Refund policy
There are no refunds. You can cancel whenever you like. Here is exactly what that means.
The rule
We do not give refunds. What you can do at any time is cancel, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your subscription simply stops.
What that means in practice

| Cancel a monthly plan halfway through the month | You keep your access until the end of that month. We do not refund the part you did not use. |
| Cancel a yearly plan after two months | You keep your access until the end of the year you paid for. We do not refund the remaining months. |
| Cancel during your 14-day trial | You pay nothing. The trial starts when you invite your first staff member. |
| Let an early-access subscription go 30 days unpaid | Your early price ends. You can subscribe again at the normal price. |
Why we do it this way
The free plan exists so that nobody has to pay to find out whether WetinSell suits them, and the 14-day trial covers the part you pay for. Try it before you subscribe, and there should be nothing to refund.
Cancelling
Write to support@wetinsell.com from the address or phone number on your account and tell us to cancel. We will confirm, and tell you the date your access ends.
If something has gone wrong
If you have been charged twice, or charged after cancelling, that is a mistake and not a refund question. Write to support@wetinsell.com and we will put it right.
Your rights
Nothing on this page removes any right Nigerian consumer law gives you.
